Recently bought a Mondeo Titanium x from this garage because the garage couldn’t find out if the ford warranty was still on the car so they offered me a Platinum warranty Plan, which they said would cover all of the Ford warrantee, but this was not true on the rear of the car the paint started to peal, so I took it to ford, they said they would have done it only the car had been badly repainted at a garage so I called the warrantee plan company they said they do not cover paint at all.
So then I called Car Shop Motors they basically said Hard luck I will now have to pay to get it corrected.

After several "repairs" underlying cause was found to be serious -- £1000 to fix. Salesman "Justin" kept promising to refund the cost of the car, but just played my son along for weeks. Trading Standards now involved.
