- Susan Preston Review added: 2018.01.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed today with our experience, booked 8 weeks ago ( we are regular clients, ) for 9am, for both dogs got texts yesterday saying one at 9 one at 10.30 which is not what we booked, reassured upon contacting the salon that although there was only one stylist we could take both in at 9 they wouldn't be shut in the crates for long as there was no other dogs in and the other worker would be with the dog that wasn't being groomed. Arrived at 9am no one in the salon and there was someone else waiting as well for a 9am appointment by 9.20 the stylist had still not arrived so we left as the dogs were getting stressed and anxious waiting . Very poor service.
