The two staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. The item I purchased was very well priced. Will revisit when the need arises
- paul foster Review added: 2018.01.20★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently visited the store at Beaumont Leys and was persuaded to buy vitamins. I was told that should I wish to return the items that this would not be a problem.
My partner who is a dietician working in the NHS subsequently informed me that since I eat a balance diet that I did not need these vitamins and that they could in fact be bad for my health.
I therefore took the vitamins with the receipt back to the store but was told I could not be given a refund and would have to accept a credit note, I was also told that I could not discuss this with the manager as she had left the store.
Upon discussing the situation with head office I was told that I should have received a proper refund and when I again returned to the shop this is what I received,
At no tme was I given an explaination or appology. The whole incident has left me anoyed and disapointed and I doubt whether I will buy anything again from a Holland and Barrett Store.
