Had used Lloyds for the past 10 years and never had a problem while they were in control. Now that Jhoots have taken over, they have ripped out a significant number of shelves and the remaining ones are only scantily stocked. Common meds not kept in stock and have to be ordered in. One particularly miserable woman working the counter who always looks like I just shot her dog and really shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. On my final visit, there wasn't a member of staff in the store on entry and (from the counter) I could see that the back door was open and there was cigarette smoke wafting through the store. Incredibly unprofessional operation and I simply don't trust them to handle my meds.
