Quality - the soap suds were okay, the jetwash is powerful, car cleaned up very nicely, finishing touches are good including windows and tyre shine. I wasn't impressed when the drying cloth fell on the floor and he just picked it up and continued to dry with the same cloth (risk scratching cars like this)
Courtesy - manager needs to learn some manners, very pushy and trying to rush people despite them not being very busy.
