  Completely ripped off. They have taken £1100 and have done nothing. They say that they had changed my steering rack and it is complete nonsense. They were also damaging things in my car. Not good, they say their Mercedes specialist, but it's just a scam. Be careful and they don't do what they say. If you choose to trust them, then get other opinions from other garages. Spoiling the Mercedes name.

  I had a bad experience a few years ago with MB-Nottingham and was pretty hesitant about using MB-Leicester. I gave them a call anyhow and spoke to Aman who reassured me, explained their processes and in the end I booked my car in for a Service A / Gearbox service which got it sorted.

  Leicester people, don’t ever ever take your car here and do not trust these people. These people are thieves, cons, cheats, frauds, liars. The reason why these rat bastards have opened up a Mercedes specialist garage in Leicester is to scam people.
  
  They rip you off massively, they over inflate your labour costs three times, they stretch the job, they ask you to pay for labour which you don't need, you pay for labour which they don't do, they ask you to pay for parts which you don't need, you pay for parts which they don't put on, they use aftermarket parts and charge you for genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, they damage your car and make you pay for it, they don't fix your car, there not 50% cheaper then the Mercedes-Benz dealer, they black mail you by ransoming your car and there not Mercedes-Benz specialists, they are con artists.
  
  The criminal con man, who runs this garage, is also notorious for ripping people of in Nottingham, with his MB-Independent Nottingham garage on Lenton Lane and now in Leicester. The notorious dishonest scumbag con man called Steven Raynor also known as Steve. Just ask people in your local area in Leicester and Nottingham who have taken their cars to Steven Raynor owned MB-Independent Leicester and MB-Independent Nottingham garage on Lenton Lane NG 72PX. Look at all the reviews online and on Mercedes-Benz forums, look at the pending cases in Nottingham county court against Steven Raynor trading as MB East Midlands.
  
  BEWARE, BEWARE, I repeat BEWARE of Steven Raynor the dishonest, scumbag, con man, scammer, swindler, fraudster. If you want a Mercedes specialist garage, take it to Star Motors Leicester on Gwendolen Rd LE 55FL, or if you live in Nottingham take it to MB centre in Nottingham on little tennis street Colwick NG 24EL or take it to MSL in Birmingham on Stratford Road Sparkbrook B1 11AG. I repeat, do not take it to MB Independent Leicester and MB Independent Nottingham on Lenton lane, Steven Raynor and the people who work there are con men, they are rogue traders.
  
  AVOID like the plague, or else you will end up getting ripped off and taking this bogus scum company director Steven Raynor trading as MB east midlands to court, just like many ripped of customers in Leicester and Nottingham have.
