  Here's my full story... I came in from work late couple nights ago, I started looking for a late night restaurant, basically I would have eaten anything even a fried spider, since there was nothing in lol. Then I found Popeyes (Welford Road) online, made my order by 4:00.Minutes were passing, I felt like a dog anxiously waiting for a postman, every car that drives by excited me and I would go to the window and see who it was and I was checking my phone every second to see what's happening then after an hour decided to phone them to find out why the delay. The phone was busy every time I tried to ring and it was trying to reconnect. Fast forward today spoke to customer service from Popeyes HQ, they said they're not responsible, they claimed they're just a franchise provider and once the order has passed to the restaurant they can't do any thing about it. Felt gutted, then rung Popeyes Welford Road spoke to a very rude person who accused me of being a liar. Anyways today after the Leicester Tigers game decided to pop in, since I was passing there and tried to find out why my food wasn't delivered and I had to eat biscuit just to survive lol The manager/owner was very rude then after a while he accepted they didn't delivered and blamed it on backlog but said I should have attempted to contact them so I tried to explain to him I did and he got very angry and emotional so I left. P.S I saw how they make their food when I accidentally walked in, they broke 4 basic hygiene rules. I asked the guy I don't the food now as I didn't want to be rude but frankly he said he couldn't give me a refund or sort it out with HQ, so I left. Waiting for Monday to contact my bank and report as unauthorized transactions.
  
  My recommendation? Would I eat their? Hygienically. Not even if is the last restaurant in the world I would take starve to death any minute.
